My Story

Ever since I first dipped my toes into entrepreneurship as a student, I've been driven by a desire to tackle meaningful challenges—the kind that make a difference not just for businesses but for the people within industries.

My journey began with developing a data-driven Amazon business straight out of college, using data to solve real business problems. This ignited a passion for leveraging technology to simplify complexity and led me to explore the world of Contract & Commercial Management (CCM), where complexity is often the norm. During this time, I also pursued a PhD at the University of Belgrade and collaborated with an AI lab from the University of Cambridge, focusing on Information Retrieval and Large Language Models (LLMs), which deepened my understanding of the technical foundations crucial for tackling CCM challenges.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of designing and implementing advanced NLP and GenAI solutions for leading Fortune 500 companies. From creating hybrid retrieval systems that cut legal research time in half to co-founding platforms that help law firms streamline their operations, my focus has always been on making sophisticated technology practical, user-friendly, and powerful for our clients.

This journey led to Dandilion, within which we developed ‘Ask Tim,’ enhancing the offerings of the World Commerce & Contracting Association—one of my proudest moments, as it turned organizational knowledge into value for thousands of members.My passion for solving complex engineering challenges stems from understanding how critical contracts are to the health of businesses—how they often form the backbone of trust, growth, and risk management. The solutions our team builds aren't about ticking technical boxes; they're about driving real-world impact, building strong cross-industry partnerships, and transforming how companies work together. We aim for nothing less than reshaping the future of CCM, one intelligent solution at a time.
