My Story
Ever since I can remember, I have been obsessed with finding the right information at the right time. This obsession exists in everything I do. What is the macro-economic climate really? Beyond the story that someone has an interest in telling. Usually, the real story comes from talking to people at the extremes and observing market trends that no one is talking about in that context. What is the provenance of this ingredient that I am introducing into a meal? Why is this exercise better than this other one in my context today? Pretty obsessive, right? Today, I know where this obsession comes from (because I obsessed about finding out why!); but that’s a story for another day.

My very first job while at school, was door-to-door customer research. I absolutely adored every minute. Looking back, every position I've held and every company I've founded has involved listening to people and building from scratch or replacing one state with another. Once you have the right information about why something works or doesn’t, you can create a better outcome for all.

My first tech company was RegulAItion. It’s about finding the right information across information silos that cannot be connected. In the words of Sequoia, it’s a Hard Fact company (aka slow build). I co-founded Dandilion, with a wonderful group of people who came together at RegulAItion, to deliver the right information at the right time quickly and usefully to professionals who work hard to secure a successful negotiation.

Why is this an important problem to solve? Because the supply chain sector makes the world go round. If business is slow, the economy is slow. If the economy is slow, people suffer. Simple.
Come and find me and I will tell you a story about why this is particularly close to my heart.
