My Story
My journey into tech began with a deep curiosity about the mechanics behind systems, a curiosity that transformed into a full-fledged career in engineering leadership, spanning over 19 years across global markets—from Vietnam and Ukraine to Singapore, India, and the US. Throughout my career, I have had the good fortune of building solutions that bridge the gap between technological innovation and practical business needs. Over the past decade, I found myself captivated by the power of security and machine learning to reshape industries, a passion that would eventually lead me to run & advice engineering teams across multiple startups building products leveraging AI.

In the past, I've designed cutting-edge, secure federated learning frameworks with immutable traceability guarantees leveraging private permissioned blockchains (using Hyperledger Fabric and Consensys Quorum) and delivered transformative AI-driven solutions for banking, legal, and public sectors. My team's focus on security by design, coupled with an agile approach to development, has allowed us to create resilient, user-focused products that address real-world challenges. This dedication to solving problems earned us recognition, including the Global Fintech Accelerator Award from MAS in Singapore and accolades at the SWIFT Hackathon.

In the Commercial & Contract Management (CCM) space, technology challenges are both complex and nuanced, often due to the high stakes and strict requirements for accuracy, compliance, and security. This presented several interesting challenges to tackle & led me to co-found Dandilion, with an exceptional team of passionate engineers, lawyers and business innovators. We are building bleeding edge technological solutions leveraging Semantic Search, Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models to solve knowledge management challenges in the CCM space to tackle issues such as information fragmentation, historical contract data and best practices analyses, understanding variations across jurisdictions among others. Together, we aim to set new standards in CCM, driving measurable impact and creating lasting partnerships across industries.
