My Story

I’m a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. I love to dive deep, nitpicking and analysing until I find solutions others might overlook. My ability to think outside the box has allowed me to see possibilities where others see roadblocks. I thrive in challenging situations, bringing curiosity and determination to every project, and I'm always eager to learn something new. For me, growth is all about stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing the unknown.

I began my career journey in Australia, working at my mother’s ice cream shop, where I developed my first taste of responsibility and customer service. In 2006, I moved to Abu Dhabi, a transition that ultimately led me to discover my passion for law. I started my legal journey in 2010 with Mubadala, a sovereign wealth fund, diving into the intricacies of legal work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. After taking a little side break for my first daughter, in 2015, I started at Clyde & Co as an Executive Assistant, which is where I first met the formidable Sally Sfeir-Tait. Assisting Sally and other law firm Partners, I was exposed to all different areas: education, corporate, regulations and cryptocurrencies. Driven to deepen my expertise, I completed my Paralegal degree in 2018.

After a rewarding pause to focus on raising my twins, I returned to the professional world in 2021, transitioning to work at RegulAItion—a role that truly resonated with me. One of my proudest and most significant achievements in this role has been obtaining and maintaining RegulAItion’s ISO27001:2013 certification, a task that embodies my commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

People often say that if you work at a job you love, you'll never work a day in your life. While that's true, I've found that being surrounded by the right people is just as important. I've had the pleasure of working alongside my fellow co-founders for nearly four years, and this has been the happiest and most fulfilling workplace experience of my career.
